FARAWAY NEARBY

Creation stories from around the globe interweave with the cycle of life and death; stories are retrieved from the stones and tales of life collected from around the world.

An act of theatrical archaeology excavates the mythic history of the earth we live on and gives it dramatic life.

theatre nomad’s new piece is being created on every continent with collaborators in many countries. We are collecting stories and performers as we go. From a small kernel of performance in Dover in South East England, via workshops and sharings in Kent, Kosovo, New Mexico, Malawi, Nigeria and Brazil, our performance continues to grow.
